He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Horn and Beatrice Horn (Waltz); and his granddaughter Taylor Plankenhorn. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Horn (Pepperman); his daughters, Cheryl Plankenhorn (James) of South Williamsport and Cathi Reske (Christopher) of Pasadena, MD; his grandchildren, Alex Plankenhorn (Lydia), Luke Plankenhorn, Brayden and Madison Reske; his great grandchild Blair Plankenhorn; and his sisters, Marilyn Meisel of Florida, Eileen Baskin of Cogan Station, Janice Lovell of Jersey Shore and Linda Smith of Wyoming.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Cliff's name may be made to Anthony Baptist Church, 4570 Queneshuckney Rd., Jersey Shore, PA 17740 for the picnic pavilion project.
