It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Cogley of Linden, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cogley and Catherine Hooley; his wife Miriam Joan Libby; his daughters, Laurie and Kim; and his granddaughter Melissa.

He is survived by: his children, Janet Wood of Muncy and Tracey Cogley of Williamsport. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
