She was predeceased by: her husband James E. "Red" Fullerton; and her parents, Harry L. Brooks and Ora D. Brooks (Douty). She is survived by: her children, Carl C. Russel (Linda) of Tx, Deborah C. Smith (Tim) of Watsontown and Noel C. Russell (Tammy) of Jersey Shore; and her brothers, Harold, Dennis and Larry Brooks. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
