We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 78, Norman L. L. Bernard of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bernard and Thelma Bushers Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Helen Mastrippolito Bernard; his children, Norman Bernard, Jr., Dawn Bernard (Bill Winter) and Lena Johnston; and his brothers, Ronnie, Jim and Dave Bernard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
