He is survived by: his wife Ugochi J. Nwachuku of Lincoln University; his children, Udoka Nwanna of San Diego, California, Uchenna Jenkins of Parkersburg, Nneka Sutherland of Royersford, Pennsylvania., Chimereze E. Nwachuku of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chinomso D. Nwachuku of Gaithersburg and Enyinna L. Nwachuku of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; his siblings, Emmanuel Nwachuku of Okpala and Chioma Nwachuku of Okpala, Nigeria.; his children-in-law, Maurice Sutherland, Aaron Jenkins, Ashley Nwachuku (Chimereze) and Brittany Nwachuku (Enyinna); and his grandson Adrian Chisom Lewis Sutherland.
