He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Aubrey Dungan and Mary Dungan; and his brother Dana Dungan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Dungan; his children, Brooke S. Silver (Bradley) of Oxford, PA and Christopher R. Dungan of Lincoln University, PA; his brother Dale Dungan of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Leven, Grace and Lane.
