It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Winter of Limestone, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henderson Robbins and Mildred Moore; and her siblings, Carol Brooks and Charles Robbins. She is survived by: her husband Joseph F. Winter; her daughter Lisa M. Winter of Chicago; and her siblings, Paul Robbins (Judy) of Ulster, PA, James Robbins (Betty) of Ulster, Doris Ott of Lynchburg, VA and Amy Saal of Lancaster.
