He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony P. Lorson and Catherine Miller; his granddaughter LeeAnn Lorson; and his siblings, Robert, Eugene, Francis Lorson, Josephine Clark and Eileen Audet.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy V. Garrett; his children, Fred L. Lorson (Jenny) of Jersey Shore, Doug J. Lorson of Nippenose Valley, Sherry E. Buttorff (Keith) of Nippenose Valley and Barb A. Hollinger (Robert) of York Haven; and his siblings, John of Nippenose Valley, Leonard of Nippenose Valley, Andrew Lorson of Nippenose Valley, Gerald Lorson of Elizabethtown, Donald Lorson of Georgia and Patricia Williams of Williamsport. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
