He is survived by: his wife Diane Dahlstrom; his sons, Christopher Parkinson of Limestone and Jeffry Parkinson (Melissa) of Fisher; his grandchildren, Jorja of Fisher and Jocelyn Parkinson of Fisher; and his sister Rita Grube (John) of Columbia, PA.
He was born on July 21, 1950 in Bryn Mawr, PA; son of the late Francis Arthur and Mary Mitcheltree Parkinson.
