He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rell and Isabel Eck; his daughter Stephanie Lynne Rell; and his siblings, Phyllis Nau (Frank) and George Rell.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Sember; his children, Chris Rell (Amy Bowers) of Nippenose Valley, Valerie Baier (William) of Nippenose Valley and Renee Amelio (Arthur) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Olivia Amelio (Jesse Hartman), Kendel Baier, Mallorie Rell, Blaise Amelio, Emalie Rell and Cassidy Rell; and his siblings, Carlyle Rell (Elizabeth) of Nippenose Valley and Mary Shuhler (Edward) of Montoursville.
