With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy L. Ramer of Lilly, Pennsylvania, born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Neal Ramer. She is survived by: her mother Nancy L. Ramer (Shiffer) of Sunbury; her brother Mark A.; her sister-in-law Cindy L. Ramer of Sunbury; her sister Linda A.; and her brother-in-law Raymond Ott III of Delhi, CA. She is also survived by her two nieces and one nephew and great nieces and great nephews.
