He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel and Mary; his brothers, James, Joseph Robert and Samuel Lawrence Fordick; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Anna Galus; his brothers-in-law, James Galus, James Sral, Sr. and David Roudabush, Sr.; his son-in-law Kevin Krumenaker; his niece Ashley Roudabush; his close friend Anthony "Tony" Farren; his wife Helen Fordick (Galus); his daughters, Cindy (John Maruska), Chris (Bill Patterson), Connie (late Kevin Krumenaker), Cherri (Vinnie Heiss) and Crystal (Jeff Hite); his grandchildren, Meghan (Keith), Brittany (Cory), Kayla, Josh, Holly (Aaron), Kristen (Patrick), Leanna (Michael), Frank III, Matthew (Briana), Dallas (Julia), Chase, Connor, Dillon and Celsey; his great grandchild Landon; his grandchildren, Lydia, Anna, Oakley, Liam, Emmett and Walsh; his sisters, Rose Sral and Carol Roudabush; and his parents-in-law, Carol Fordick, Jean Galus, Nancy, Edward Stombaugh, Bob and Peg Galus. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and God Children.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lilly American Legion or Windber Hospice.
