He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gross and Mary Grace Gross; his children, Lisa Jeanne Cox and Sean Nemcheck; and his siblings, Joann DeMatty, Mary Lou McLean, Agnes "Dolly" Lam, Allen and Ronald Gross.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Gross; his children, Christine Clary (Kevin), P. J. George (Stephanie) and Mark Nemcheck Jr.; and his siblings, David "Buck" Gross, Peggy Somerville, Thomas, Donald J. and Ralph Gross.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Snyder-Green Funeral Home Inc. (402 E Church St, Ligonier, PA 15658).
