He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward Shaffer. He is survived by: his mother Irma Garey Shaffer of Ligonier; and his siblings, Lois J. (Daniel H.) and James Robert (Angelina Shaffer). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 4:00 PM.
