He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Bingaman and Anna Klena Bingaman; his son Matthew John Bingaman; and his brother George Bingaman. He is survived by: his wife Rita Miller Bingaman; his daughter Mary Bingaman Stauffer (Byron Jr.) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Maggie Bingaman, Sarah, Nicholas and Kate Stauffer; and his brother Fred Bingaman (Judy) of Earlington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities Diocese of Greensburg, 711 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601.
