She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L. Phillabaum Jr. and Ethel Ludwig Phillabaum; and her sister Sandra L. Phillabaum Smail. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Robert H. Smail of Ligonier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
