He was predeceased by: his parents, Hax McCullough and Ruth McCullough (George). He is survived by: his brothers, Hax, David and Jimmy; his former wife Elizabeth V. Foster; his close friends, Arthur Scully, George Wyckoff, Richard Mellon and British Columbia; his son George F. McCullough; his stepchildren, Betsy Henshaw, John Henshaw and Anne Henshaw; and his caregivers, Jackie, Jami, Kathy, Morgan, Connie and Janis. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
