He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Urban; his wife Sandra Urban (Springer); his son Joshua G. Urban; and his brother Joseph "Douglas" Urban. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Urban of Latrobe and Rebecca Hill; his grandchildren, Skyler Short, Alexavier Short, Bristol Short and Harley A. Thomas; and also Courtney Thomas (Michael Jr.) of Latrobe.
