It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Decker of Ligonier, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Decker and Verna Decker (Nadolski). He is survived by: his close friend Lori Sapalio; his sisters, Victoria Beppler (Vicki) and Linda Decker; his nephew Lieutenant Commander Ryan Decker; and also, Amy Blythe, Deanna Buchinsky and Tracy Huster.
