With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances L. Redd (Ligonier, Pennsylvania), born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2019 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Richter and Flora Lepley (Brooks); and her husband Major Homer "Bud" Redd. She is survived by: her stepfather Valentine "Pete" Lepley; her children, Barry Roddy (Tracy) and Rhonda Barkley (Earl); her stepdaughter Patty Redd Fordyce; her grandchildren, J. C. Roadman (Laura), Jake Roadman (Crystal), Rachel Brannigan (Tommy) and Taylor Tavella (Nick); her great grandchildren, Jaylen, Lucas, Declan and Laney; her uncle Buddy; her aunt Ruth; and her friends, Tim, Cathie Widich, Carolyn Roddy, Denny and Linda Brown. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
