She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade W. and Sarah Fletcher Harkcom Sr.; her former husband John Petrucci; her husband James "Ed" Giesey Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Anderson, Louise Humanic, Phyllis Concus, Shirley Banner, Edward S., Eugene, David D. and Wade W. Harkcom Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Giesey of Alexandria and Jimmy E. Giesey Jr. of Ligonier; and her sister Sandra J. Hoffman of Newark, Del.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
