He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jane Shaw of Greensburg. He is survived by: his father Edward H. Smith of Waynesburg; his wife Jodi A. Smith; his sisters, Elizabeth M. Griffin (Stan Morgan) of Greensburg, Margaret Jane Dicken (David McNally) of Greensburg and Damaris Shaw of Greensburg; his nephew Robert Allen Griffin, II; and his nieces, Leah Elizabeth Gustafson, Rachael Nicole Griffin and Christine Lee Griffin.
