He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McGunigale and Thelma Hare McGunigale; and his siblings, Bonnie Moore and Gary McGunigale. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ray McGunigale; his stepchild Mikey Ray; and his brothers, Ronald McGunigale (Sherri) of Boswell and William "Billy" McGunigale of Latrobe.
