It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Rigard (Library, Pennsylvania), born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Lefty" and Marie McGill Clouser; and her brother Donald Clouser. She is survived by: her husband William Rigard; her son Gary Rigard (Christine) of St. Marys; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Andy, Joey, Alex and Nick.
