He was predeceased by: his parent William Plachy; and his siblings, David, Irene Plachy and Alice Gardner. He is survived by: his parent Irene Plachy (Garlathy); his wife Phyllis G. Plachy (Popolo); his daughters, Deborah Mcgraw and Valerie Plachy; his granddaughter Raelynn Mcgraw; and his great grandchildren, Cierra Plachy and Draveyn Plachy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
