She was predeceased by: her parent Dorf Thomas. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Thomas (Wilt); her spouse Harry K. Foreman; her stepdaughter Linda K. Foreman of Elizabethtown; and her brother Carl Thomas (Carol) of Landisburg, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and caring friends.
