She was predeceased by: her parent James Adams. She is survived by: her parent Loretta Adams; her spouse Fred L. Teeter; her sons, Kevin Ayers (Lori), Kent Ayers (Cathy), Schuylkill Haven, James Teeter (Deborah Hahn) and Pine Grove; her stepson Fred L. Teeter, II; her grandchildren, Adam, Brent, Sarah, Heather and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Kairi, Sean and Trent; and her siblings, Donna Shedden, Grandville, Judy Sandor, James Adams of Canton, PA, Joel Adams and Schuylkill Haven.
In lieu of flowers, Joy's family requests donations in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 1000, Department 142 Memphis, TN 38148 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
