He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Lewis and Elvira M. Lewis (Dawson); and his siblings, Richard Lewis, Walter "Bud" Lewis, Kenneth Lewis and Ethel Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Carol L. (McCormick); his children, Denice (Douglas Hess) and Brian Frantz; his grandchildren, Todd, Jeff, Tina, Kaybeth, Nadeane Fry, Derek Fry, Brianna Frantz and Nickolas Frantz; his great grandchildren, Loralei and Lyncoln; and his siblings, Edward Lewis, Charles Lewis (Helen), Vickie (Glenn Eberhart), Mary Eichenlaub, Jerry Lewis and Terry Lewis (Nancy).
The family would like to express their appreciation to his close friends who helped him through the years with his 28 year battle with Parkinson's disease.
