It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank N. Whiting of Library, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, "Sissy" Carter of Arizona, Bert Lancaster, Stanford Whiting, Hezekiah (Amber), Camille, Nadia (Maceo), Bryon, Veronika and Adyson.

He is survived by: his sons, Norman Whiting, Jr. and Tony Whiting (Yolanda); and his brother Raymond Whiting (Pansey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
