It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Seitzer (Library, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank R. Seitzer; her parent Harold M. Crist; her children, Frank R. Seitzer II and Sandra J. Stoner; and her siblings, Carl E. Crist and Jean C. Brown.
She is survived by: her parent Evelyn E. Crist (Rote); her children, Garry C. Seitzer, Deborah A. Wallace (Robert) and Fla; her grandchildren, Todd Seitzer (Crissi), Brenda Seitzer Yanz (Sam), David Wallace, Christianne Wallace May (Jesse), Melissa Stoner, Andrew Seitzer and Adam Seitzer; and her son-in-law Richard Stoner of Montoursville.
