He is survived by: his wife Charlene Azar (Cummins); his children, Benjamin Azar of Richland Township and Heidi McGuire (Matthew) of Johnstown; his granddaughters, Samantha McGuire and Jessica McGuire; and his siblings, George Azar (Kay), James Azar (Rita), Janet Rok (late John), Kathy McMillan (Don) and Mary Thomas (David).
