He is survived by: his wife Annie Lee Williams Dieffenbach; his son Robert Lewis Dieffenbach Jr.; his daughter-in-law Carla Dieffenbach of Eukhia, CA; his grandson Colton; and his siblings, Florence Hugo (Randy) of Evergreen, PA, Genevieve Grimes of Meshoppen, PA, John Dieffenbach of Dushore, PA, Ronnie Dieffenbach (Kim) of North Carolina and Randy Dieffenbach (Terri) of Laceyville, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
