He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Heatley and Norma Heatley (Broughton); his wife Charity Heatley (Rothermel); his children, Richard Heatley, Jr. (Melissa Burley) of South Williamsport, PA, Lori A. Heatley of Johnstown, PA and Beth M. Heatley (Chad Jelliff) of Tioga, PA; his grandchildren, Kylee, Madison, Dannyelle, Whyatt, Michael, Cody, Kyle, Brett, Bre and Gavyn; his siblings, Ronald Heatley (Carlene), Robert Heatley (Beverly) of Roaring Branch, PA and Leah Kelly of Liberty, PA; his sister-in-law Sue Heatley of Liberty, PA.; his siblings, Alta Miller and John Heatley; and his sister-in-law Shirley Heatley. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
