Lake (Matava); his daughter Dana M. of Pleasant Hills; his stepchildren, Rene Ofcansky (Hank) of White Oak and Regis Risku, Jr. of West Newton; his sisters, Patty Davis (Charles) of Streetsboro, OH and Lynn Gallagher (Cindy Sides) of Pacifica, CA; and also, Waugh of Pleasant Hills, Brandon, Cody, Bryah and McKinley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
