Oakley (Betty) of Liberty, Mark E Oakley of Tioga and Lori Valentine (George); her grandchildren, George, Amanda, Paul, Mindy and Nikki; her stepgranddaughter Cassandra; her great grandchildren, McKayla, George IV, Deakon, Serena, Silas, Colin, Addison, Connor and Carson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cordell, Nina, Anthony, Sebastian, Trinity and Emily; and her sister Janet Hartley of Warren, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
