He is survived by: his children, Gene of Somerset, Daryl (Susie) of Liberty, Darla of Cogan House and Connie Black (Randy) of Liberty; and his stepchildren, Natalie Hetzel (Donald) of Wellsboro, Leigh Agnoni (Ralph) of Muncy and Ira F. Neinhueser Jr. of Ogdensburg. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; 11 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren; 2 brothers in law and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
