William Stroup Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021, at the age of 88, William Stroup Jr. of Lewistown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Stroup Sr. and Kathryn A. Stroup Augustine (Ronayn); his wives, Dolly Cash (McCartle), Enid Stroup (Yoder) and Patsy J. Stroup (Goddard); his great grandchild Michael Stroup; his stepson Larry Speece; his stepgrandson Larry Speece Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara D. Cunniff, Keith R. Stroup, James O. Stroup and Barry Lee Stroup.
He is survived by: his sons, William H. Stroup III (Judith) of Lewistown and Rodger W. Stroup of Omaha, Neb.; and his stepchildren, Julia M. Reigle (Richard) of Yeagertown, Barbara Jean Fultz (Steven) of Spring Mills, Judith Sanders of Boulder, Colo, Gary K. Bowsman (Alyce) of Plattsmouth, Neb. and Joan Kauffman (William) of Omaha, Neb.. He is also survived by grandchild; 14 step-grandchildren; 35 step-great-grandchildren.
