He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Forshey and Mary Forshey (Hastings); his former wife Linda Forshey; his wife Norma Forshey; his son William Forshey, Jr.; and his brothers, Paul, Eugene, Carl, Kenneth and Donald Forshey.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Forshey, Denver Forshey of Pittsburgh, Tina Forshey and Glen Forshey of Lewistown; and his siblings, Sara Dickson of Lewistown, John Forshey (Cheryl) of Malta, NY, Dean Forshey (Connie) of Shirleysburg, Mary Reiss of Hernando, MS and Jerry Forshey (Shirley) of Lewistown.
