He is survived by: his children, Robert Shelton (Marchelle), Warren Shaffer, Jr. of Harrisburg, PA, James Meservy (Angela), Rick Shaffer (Maeci) and Tina Charles (Marquise); his grandchildren, Ashlee Dugan, Talysha, Dejour Hughes, Madison, Gage, Paislee Meservy, Adaline, Lucas and Samuel Shaffer; his sister Mary Mills of Lewisberry, PA; and his close friend Kimberly Shaffer of Lewistown, PA.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
