He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey M. Smith and Amy L. Smith (Darren Curry); and his grandparents, Eugene and Eleanor Longenecker. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Smith (Stephanie) of Lewistown and Nicholas Smith of West Virginia; his nieces, Nora and Emma Smith; and his grandparents, Samuel and Marie Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
