He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis A. Shade and Evelyn M. Shade (Sulouff). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas A. Shade (Joan) of Pleasant Gap and Anthony P. Shade (Ginger) of Lewistown; and his nieces and nephews, Marie Carlson (Joseph), Brian Shade (Jeannine), Todd Shade (Tracy) and Beth Ann Rowles (Matthew). He is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews; one great-great-niece; one great-great-nephew.
