He is survived by: his wife Nancy Collins (Ellinger); his children, Joseph Collins of Lewistown, Jonathan Collins of Allentown and Janet Hutchinson (Ryan) of Port Royal; his grandchildren, Grayson and Lincoln Hutchinson of Port Royal; and his brother George D. "Pat" Collins (Linda) of North Carolina.
