He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norris and Frances Norris (Sausser); and his siblings, Sylvan "Skip" Norris, Maria Lane, Dorothy Nicely, Kathleen Jacobs and Geraldine Bragg.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Ward (Kurt) of McConnellstown, Timothy Norris of Lewistown, Paula Smith of Huntingdon, Mark Norris of McClure and Jodi Norris of McConnellstown; and his sisters, Jeanne Stewart of Granville and Barbara Earnest of Lewistown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
