She is survived by: her parents, Richard, Sr. Putnam and Diana Putnam (Miller) of Lewistown; her children, Jason (Heather Secrest) of Alexandria and Samantha Alexander; her brother Richard Putnam, Jr. (Stacy) of Eldred; and also, Larry, Sr. and Carol Alexander.
