It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Wise of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Welsh and Iva Lou Welsh; and her husband Reginald Wise. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Castricone (Tony) of Erie, Colorado; her sisters, Donna Hill (Ray) and Patricia Rickabaugh; and her grandchildren, Ross and Greyson Sargent.
