He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lyter Sr.; his wife Lori Lee Lyter (Simonetti); his grandparents, Albert Vega, Charles and Hazel Lyter; his brothers, Charles Lyter and Michael Wolfley; and his stepfather Robert E. Wolfley.
He is survived by: his mother Edna K.'Toot'Wolfley; his grandmother Dora Vega; his daughter Cortney L. Blankenship (Kevin) of Maryland; his stepchildren, April Clark, Ashley Maben and Brandon Maben; his grandchildren, Peyton, Raven and Zaden Blankenship; and his sisters, Steffanie Guether (Thomas) of Maitland and Christinia Laub (Donnie) of Maitland. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
