He was predeceased by: his brother John Bilger; and his nephew Joey Woodring. He is survived by: his sons, David L. Bilger (Katie) of Milroy, Kevin J. Bilger of Lewistown and Daniel G. Bilger of Lewistown; his granddaughters, Zoe and Marin Pearson of Milroy; his siblings, Guy Bilger (Mary Kay) of Lewistown, Bonnie Bilger of State College, Nancy Bigelow (Peanut) of Reedsville, Kathy Ross (Don) of Coburn and Debbie Ghaner (Fred); and his pet Rebel. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
