She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Semla and Sophia Semla (Jachowicz); her husband Charles R. Flagle; her daughter Kathleen Flagle; and her siblings, Mary Lubert, Helen Kruk, Catherine Moffett, Joe and Stanley Semla.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann Hayduk (Ronald) of McVeytown and Richard W. Flagle (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Sophie Semla. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
