He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Maxine Hoffman. He is survived by: his close friend Lewistown; his daughters, Tasha Hoffman (Matthew Stringfellow) of Milroy and Tiffany Hoffman-Kennedy (Shane Kennedy) of Huntingdon; and his grandchildren, Lucas Lee Stringfellow and Torque Zimmerman.
