He was predeceased by: his parents, James C Haines and Eva Jean Haines (Swisher). He is survived by: his wife Charlene G. Haines (Hill); his sons, Scott A. Haines (Diane) of Lewistown, Robert L. Haines Jr. (Beth) of Lewistown, James C. Haines (Lori) of Milroy and Craig S; and his grandchildren, Derrick, Chad, Damian, Andrew, Tevin, Josh, Alex, Megan, Kyle, Alicia, Cara, Amelia and Emma. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
